Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role.

Skills, Knowledge and Required Competencies:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal, skills.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel regularly (Domestic/ International) for the purpose of conducting seminars, workshops, events.
  • The candidate must be flexible to work in different shifts (Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, and Late Nights).
  • Solid organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing logistics company and are looking for a smart and dynamic Media Coordinator. The candidate shall be responsible for developing and implementing Online Marketing campaigns, plan and conduct seminars and conferences within and outside of Canada, create and implement effective strategies to forge new strategic alliances in the domestic and international markets.

Job Duties:

  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
  • Answer and respond to written and oral inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material.
  • Gather, research and prepare communications material for internal and external audiences.
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions.
  • Evaluate, assess and advise on marketing or sales promotion strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver educational and publicity programs and informational materials to increase product awareness.
  • Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes.
  • Gather, research and prepare communications material.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media.
  • Develop and organize workshops, meetings, seminars and other events for enhancing organizational sales and brand awareness.
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions.
  • Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases.
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies.
  • Develop portfolio of marketing materials and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions.
  • Develop and implement business plans.
  • Develop marketing strategies and work towards their implementation.
  • Deliver presentations at seminars, conferences, workshops.
  • Develop policies, prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles.
  • Forge new Strategic alliances to enhance organizational visibility and implementation of business plans.
  • Identify new markets and implement effective marketing strategies to promote organizational business.
