Job Duties:
- Manage the mail
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Greet visitors, and direct visitors to appropriate person
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Prepare and edit invoices and correspondences
Job Requirements:
- Completion of high school
- Completion of 1-2 years of college or other program for administrative assistant or secretaries or previous clerical or related experience
Job Terms:
- Full time, Permanent position, 40 hours per week
- Wage: $35.25/Hour
