Job Duties:

• Apply paint, wallpapers, and other finishing stuff on the inner and outer surfaces of buildings and other formations.
• To read specifications to determine quantities of materials required.
• Mix and thin paint to obtain desired colour and texture.
• Advice customers on choice of colours, wall coverings and paint material.
• Remove old wallpaper and loose paint, repair cracks and holes in walls and
  sandpaper and apply sealer.
• Prepare and clean surfaces using methods such as scraping, sanding,
  sandblasting, hydro-blasting, and steam-cleaning.
• Repair cracks and holes.
• Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging.
• Use brush/rollers and paint spray in an organized way.
