Wage rate: $24.25 per hour for 40 hours per week

Education: No formal education required

Experience: No experience needed; training will be provided

Benefits: Medical Insurance for the first three months covered by the employer, if required.

Job Duties:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials.
• Clean the construction site and clear waste material.
• Assist painters during the job.
• Remove rubble and other debris at the construction site.
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• Prepare the surface for painting.
• Remove old paint using available tools.

Work setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening,or on weekends, if required.

Work Conditions: Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all weather conditions.

Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations in the Lower

Mainland, Greater Vancouver, and Fraser Valley as per company contracts.
