Hoya Enterprise Inc. dba Sun Sushi in Vancouver seeks a Permanent and F/T RESTAURANT MANAGER.

Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and modify procedures and prices.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service.

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school
• 3 years to less than 5 years of work experience in related field
• Proficiency in English
• $35.00 per hour based on 30~40 hours per week
