Permanent and F/T Restaurant Manager
Hoya Enterprise Inc. dba Sun Sushi in Vancouver seeks a Permanent and F/T RESTAURANT MANAGER.
Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and modify procedures and prices.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- Provide customer service.
Job Location: 4512 W. 10th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V6R 2J1
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary school
- 3 years to less than 5 years of work experience in related field
- Proficiency in English
- $35.00 per hour based on 30~40 hours per week
