Job Type: Full-time, Term or Contract
Wage: $23.00/hour, 30–55 hours per week

Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP (1–2 years) or equivalent experience
Experience: Experience in farming, livestock, poultry operations, or supervisory roles is an asset. Training will be provided as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily poultry barn operations
- Handle animals and monitor animal health
- Implement and follow farm safety and bio-security procedures
- Train and oversee farm workers
- Maintain work records and logs
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties as required

Job Requirements:
Physically demanding – must be able to lift, carry, and move equipment or materials, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Attention to detail – required for monitoring animal health, maintaining logs, and following strict biosecurity and safety protocols.
Large workload – ability to manage multiple responsibilities such as supervising staff, caring for livestock, and completing operational tasks efficiently.
Organized – strong record-keeping and time management skills to ensure farm activities run smoothly and meet production deadlines.
Team player – works well with others, able to collaborate with farm staff and management to achieve operational goals.
Must supply own steel-toed safety boots – personal protective equipment is necessary to meet farm safety requirements.
