Property Administrator
Under the supervision of the Rental Property Manager for the Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory, the Property Administrator will perform all aspects of financial administration and the collection, analysis, and reporting of information, maintaining an up-to-date database and property management software, and to assist in the efficient operation of the rental portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial requirements of Rental Property Management (RPM);
- Carry out the administrative duties of the RPM office;
- Tracking various department data and information;
- Create reports for the RPM manager and Tenant Relations Officer;
- Assist with various marketing initiatives;
- Available for after-hours emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary education in a related field;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Experience in office administration;
- Proficient with MS Office;
- Experience in handling cash and bookkeeping;
- Proven customer service background; and,
- Commitment to become fluent or maintain and encourage fluency of Anishinaabemowin.
Salary: $65,009.00
