Job Duties:

• Source and procure aviation parts and components from domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of parts while minimizing overstock.
• Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate pricing and terms, and establish purchase agreements.
• Monitor shipments and delivery schedules, resolving any logistical issues.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Liaise with sales and logistics teams to forecast demand and align purchasing with sales activity.
• Support business development initiatives in Latin America and Brazil by coordinating with regional vendors and customers.
• Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and supplier metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Transport Canada and ASA quality standards.
