Nilkanth Food Inc. O/A Panago Pizza Salmon Arm located at 360 Trans-Canada Hwy, Suite 501, Salmon Arm, BC V1E 1B7 is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager with minimum High School education. The Candidate should also have either a minimum of 1 year of related experience or Diploma/ Certificate in relevant field. Pay per hour will be $35.00. This is permanent full-time position with 30-35 hours of work per week.

Following are the set of job duties and responsibilities for this position:

• Plan, Organize and manage the daily operations.
• Maximize profitability and meet financial objectives.
• Recruit, train and supervise the staff.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and control inventory.
• Address customer complaints or concerns and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
