Position: Restaurant Manager

Working Duration: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $35.00 /hour
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week

Benefits: 10 days paid vacation

Your job duties will be:

• Manages daily operations including overseeing staff during shifts to make sure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintains an efficient workflow and addresses any issues promptly to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers.
• Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Meets restaurant financial objects by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation l minimizing waste and ensuring high quality of preparation.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
• Keep detailed records of financial transactions, inventory levels, and staff performance.
• Develops and implements effective marketing strategies for attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a manager or supervisor in food service area
• Completion of high school
• English
