Katson enterprises Ltd dba MUNCHIESNMORE located at 5012 Smith Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5G 2W5 requires Retail Assistant Manager with minimum high school. Eligible candidate should also have minimum of 6 months of relevant experience or a college diploma/certificate in related field. Pay per hour will be $ 41.00. This is permanent full-time position with 30- 40 hours of week.

Job duties are some of the followings:

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising convenience store staff, ensuring efficient operations.
• Manage staff scheduling, assign duties, and monitor employee performance for optimal customer service.
• Support budget planning, monitor revenues, control expenses, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational issues promptly.
