Job Title: Sales Supervisor- Retail

Number of Vacancies: 1

Term of employment: Permanent/full-time with 40 hrs. /wk.

Compensation: $23/hr. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.

Job Location: #1730, 10355 152nd Street Surrey BC V3R 7C1

Benefits:

• Vacation Pay: 4% vacation pay
• Other benefits: As per BC employment standards
• 5 days of Sick leave

Working Condition: The job involves weekends and holiday work.

Duties involve:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
• Prepare a schedule and assign duties to sales workers.
• Authorize payments by cheque.
• Process returns/refunds of merchandise.
• Sell merchandise.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and employee performance.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Manage and order inventory.
• Monitor merchandise displays and visual presentation of the store.

Skill Requirements:

• Education: Completion of High School
• Experience: One year of retail sales experience or in a related occupation.
• Language: English
