Job Description:

• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting
• Perform pre-operational inspection
• Read blueprints to determine work requirements
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
• other structures

Requirements

Education: Not required.

Experience: At least 7 months of experience as scaffolder, construction labourer or a related occupation is required. On-the-job training will be provided

Work in various weather conditions

Work conditions and Physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, physically demanding, Tight deadlines, Manual dexterity, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail, Hand-eye coordination, Sitting.

Language: English is required.

Russian and Ukrainian are an asset

Salary: $41.73 hourly (base salary) with adjustments based on location as per the collective agreement, 30 – 40 hours per week

Important Information. Flexibility in schedule is required. The regular schedule is 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday. Overtime and work on weekends and holidays may be required depending on business needs. *We guarantee at least 30 hours of work per week regardless of the weather*
