A well experienced Software development manager is invited to join our team for a full time permanent position at Jo Cloud Solutions Inc in BC.

Eligibility:

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, general.

Experience: 3 years to  5 years.

Area of work experience: Design, Software development, Product development.

Experience and specialization: Computer and technology knowledge, Development and operations (DevOps).

Location:  Work locations may vary all over BC at client locations. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee.

Responsibilities:

• Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians
• Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements
• Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel
• Train staff
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
• Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
• Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
• Manage incidents
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.

Salary: $60/hour for 40 hrs per week.
