Job duties:

• Sales and lead generation.
• Assist with sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and solicit potential clients in both domestic and international markets.
• Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up with new sales leads and existing clients.
• Maintain a significant level of product knowledge.
• Provide demonstrations and presentations of products.
• Assist with proposal development and client invoicing.
• Engage in customer onboarding and training.
• Prepare and administer sales contracts.
• Maintain customer records using Console CRM.
• Meet sales targets.
• Consult with client after a sale to resolve any problems and to provide them with ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot and provide a basic level of technical support.

Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.

The language of work: French

Wage: $38.46 per hour.

Required education:

At least 2 years of post-secondary education.

Required work experience:

• Substantial sales experience.
• Substantial software technical support experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Basic knowledge of currency exchange and money transfer, including monetary and finance terminology.
• Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance, including AML (anti-money laundering) compliance.
