Job Description Techmates Construction Ltd is a general construction and framing company based at 7244 140 street Surrey, BC V3W 5J7.

Job Duties

• Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
• Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
• Install, repair and service interior prefabricated products such as doors and windows
• Cut, shape and smooth material according materials
• Clean up job site during and completion of job.
• Cut and trims materials to shape the windows and doors

Skills Requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required
• On the job training would be provided.
• Ability to walk stands, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
• Working setting: The candidate should be available to work part-time or full-time.
• Requires lifting, pulling and carrying of equipment and other objects
• Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors and all-weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of English is required to communicate at workplace.

Benefits As per BC Employment Standards Act, 4% Vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period with 10 days of unpaid vacation or 10 days of paid vacation with no vacation on each pay period. 5 days of paid sick leave.
