Long-Standing Indigenous Job Readiness Program Expands with Exciting New Partnership
For several years, Natt Group has proudly delivered Indigenous Job Readiness Training in close partnership with First Nation communities across the region. Today, we’re excited to announce our newest partnership with Z’gamok Enterprises Inc, expanding the reach of this vital program and continuing our commitment to empowering Indigenous individuals through meaningful employment opportunities.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the ongoing success of the training initiative, which has supported hundreds of participants in developing essential workplace skills, gaining certifications, and building confidence for long-term employment.
“We are honoured to partner with Z’gamok Enterprises Inc and continue building strong relationships with First Nation communities,” said Samantha Clarke, Account Manager at Natt. “Together, we’re creating pathways for Indigenous job seekers to step into rewarding careers and strengthen local economies.”
The Indigenous Job Readiness Training Program provides hands-on learning, job search support, and industry-recognized training tailored to the needs of each participating community. By working closely with Z’gamok and other partners, the program ensures culturally respectful and community-driven delivery.
We’re proud to support job readiness training programs directly in Sagamok,” said Kevin Sanderson, COO of Z’gamok Enterprises Inc. “This initiative gives community members access to valuable skills and opportunities close to home, and we’re excited to work alongside Natt to support personal growth, career development, and long-term success for program participants.
The partnership with Z’gamok is set to begin May, 2025, with programming available to community members seeking to gain employment in various industries.
