Manitoba Métis Federation Hosts 2nd Annual Red River Métis Early Learning & Child Care Conference

Winnipeg, MB, in the National Homeland of the Red River Métis – The Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF)’s Early Learning & Child Care Department is excited to announce the 2nd Annual Red River Métis Early Learning & Child Care Conference, set to take place over two enriching days at the historic Fort Garry Hotel. The highly anticipated event, themed “Little Steps, Big Future,” will be held on February 21-22, 2025, and is dedicated to advancing professional development for childcare educators and professionals.

The conference will feature various activities designed to inspire and empower attendees in our rich Red River Métis culture. Registered participants can look forward to two compelling Red River Métis keynote addresses and five immersive workshop sessions, all focusing on enhancing the skills and knowledge of early childhood care providers. Furthermore, a vibrant tradeshow exhibition will allow attendees to explore innovative products and services that can improve their practice.
