Education:  SAY Magazine’s activities!

The 2015 SUMMER ISSUE is now available.

With APTN’s Aboriginal Day LIVE & Celebration featured on the cover, the Summer issue focuses on Partners.  It also features numerous Native Women in honour of Mother’s Day. Information on Grand River Employment and Training’s WRAP program is very timely given the upcoming ‘Aboriginal Skills and Employment Training Partnerships Conference’ being held in Vancouver, BC from May 27 – 29.

Look for SAY at the Colleges and Institutes Canada Conference, May 24 – 25 in Winnipeg; and at the NATOA Conference, May 26 & 27 in Calgary, Alberta; at the CAUCE Conference, May 27  – 29 in Winnipeg, Manitoba and at the Nova Scotia Career Development Conference, May 27 – 29 in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.  SAY was also distributed at the recent Stepping Stones Career Conference in Regina, Saskatchewan.

SAY is also preparing the 2015 Back2School issue, which will be available at the end of August. Known as the ‘Number One Resource for Contemporary Native Americans’, this issue of SAY will feature programs focusing on preparing students for careers in Technology.
