Please be advised that the Siksika Court Office will continue to be closed from Wednesday. May 1, 2024, to Friday, May 31, 2024, inclusive.

During this period, Siksika Nation Court matters will be held at:

Calgary Court Centre
Courtroom 1800 (May 2, May 9, May 13, May 14, May 23, May 27)
Courtroom 1406 (May 1, May 28 – 31)

• • Counsel will be permitted to appear via Webex.
  • If you have a CMO appearance the Drumheller Court office will assist you on the date of your appearance before 1:00 p.m.
  • Siksika Justice Office will have staff available at the Admin office if you would like to appear remotely please call 403 734 5123 or attend the office on day of court
  • Legal Aid will also be present at the Siksika Justice office on court days
  • If you have a scheduled court appearance and are not able to attend court in person on your scheduled court date, please call the Drumheller Court office on the day of your court appearance before 11:00 a.m. 403-820-7300
  • Duty Counsel will be available to speak to on your court date. You may attend in person at the Calgary Court Centre, or you may be able to speak to them on your day of court by calling the Drumheller Court office on the day of your court appearance before 11:00 a.m.
