Suspicious fire closes Main Street Indigenous restaurant – Winnipeg Free Press

Shelly’s Indigenous Bistro was forced to close Monday after a suspicious fire at its office space on Logan Avenue.

Vincent Bignell, a manager for the locally owned restaurant on Main Street, said she received a phone call at about 3 a.m. Sunday saying the shop’s office space at 1032 Logan Ave. was ablaze.

“We went there and the whole back shipping area was lit on fire,” Bignell said Monday.
