This video is created by Amy Hodges and Alex Sango-spence. It was created for our Introduction to Aboriginal Education course at the University of Winnipeg.

This video is a tutorial about how to make oven-baked bannock as well as Three Sisters Soup.

The video was created as a resource for teachers to help them integrate the foundational Canadian Aboriginal Teachings, and traditions into their classroom. This video is not meant to be of any disrespect towards the Aboriginal community. The recipes showcased in the video are inspired by history of the Aboriginal community.

Neither of us own the music in this video. The song is titled Buffalo White by Wuauquikuna.
