Description
Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to enter into an agreement with Stantec Architecture Ltd. for F533-00 FHA LTC Innovation Feasibility Study (the Study). The purpose of the Study is to evaluate the energy and GHG emissions reductions, potential of a Thermal Gradient Header (TGH) patented hydronic design, applied to the current heating and cooling plant configuration of Abbotsford Long Term Care healthcare facility, currently at 100% Detailed Design. All implications, for ventilation design and capital cost for changes, need to be evaluated. The base design has changed significantly, since Schematic Design, therefore a new TGH design has been proposed for evaluation.
