Description
The City of Prince Rupert is seeking proposals from qualified proponents in response to this request for proposals (“RFP”) for the provision of Services (as defined herein) to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for 3rd and 4th Avenue Walkway Rehabilitation Design.

The City is looking for proponents to submit proposals to Design a new 18-meter x 1.5 m wide walkway, stairs, railings (handrails and guard rails), landings, and all structural connections including foundation types as per the attached Appendixes.

Type of materials, and construction methodology to be determined and submitted by proponent. Structure and materials to follow BC Building codes. Proponent may submit multiple options.
Structural and Geotechnical components, if required or deemed necessary, will be up to the proponent to accommodate and provide accordingly.
