Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Digital Orthophotography Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City is situated in the Central Okanagan region of British Columbia and has a project boundary that covers 23,600 hectares, including 1000 hectares of the West Bank First Nations Reserve (the “WFN”) land, which is part of the Services scope. The City seeks to obtain aerial photography and digital orthophotography for the City and WFN (the “Participants”) along with updated DEM and 2-meter contours. Additionally, the City intends to update their 3D building outline data.
