Description
Casey House is a specialty hospital, caring for people living with and at risk of HIV, offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient holistic health care. The facility consists of a three storey heritage building at 571 Jarvis Street, and a more recent four storey extension at 119 Isabella Street, which was completed in 2017. Two areas of the extension are now being renovated to reconfigure the layout of the washrooms and storage spaces on the ground floor, as well as convert several offices into exam rooms on the second floor.

Renovation to the ground floor washrooms will involve changing the layout from the current state of two washrooms with three stalls each, a crash cart room, and a housekeeping room to two barrier free washrooms, four regular washrooms and a storage room. Renovation to the second floor will involve converting five offices into six exam rooms. Integration with the rest of the building is important for both portions and existing finishes, fixtures and equipment are to be matched where possible.
