Description
The City of Medicine Hat requires secure transportation of valuables services to safely move cash, coin, cheques, and other monetary instruments between City facilities and financial institutions. This service is essential for the City’s financial operations and requires a qualified vendor offering high-security, high-volume transport, security protocols, insurance coverage, and operational capabilities. These services will be used to assist City departments with the movement of currency, coins, and cheques to designated vaults and cash processing centres. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions annually for an additional three (3) years. The term of the agreement shall not exceed five (5) years.
