Description
YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg (the “Owner” or “Y”) seeks to select a qualified Proponent through a procurement process to act as the Construction Manager (“CM”) to provide construction management services. The project will include a renovation of the existing YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg downtown branch at 301 Vaughn Street., as further described in this RFP (the “Project”).
