Description
Collège Boréal, in its role as the Service System Manager (SSM) for the Northeastern Ontario region, is pleased to launch this call for proposals to select service providers who will implement programming funded under a new federal initiative aimed at improving employment outcomes for Francophones in Ontario. This initiative represents a strategic investment to expand access to inclusive, coordinated, and targeted employment services across the province.

Collège Boréal invites service providers located anywhere in Ontario to submit a proposal, provided they can clearly demonstrate their experience, capacity, and readiness to deliver high-impact, collaborative programming in alignment with this mandate. Selected providers will be responsible for implementing the Boréal Employment Navigation Model and will be expected to meet rigorous standards for coordination, accountability, and service integration to ensure a consistent and effective client experience across all regions.
