The City of Ottawa has a requirement for a Full Maintenance Lease (FML) of 49 Cab Over Front Drive Wheel Articulated Sidewalk Tractors and Attachments. The Equipment required will be delivered in a fully operational condition as described herein, and ready for their intended immediate use, all in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.
