Description
This RFP is an invitation to submit proposals for the provision of Human Resource Research, Advisory and Capability Building Service Membership. The Human Resources (HR) Research and Advisory Membership firm will be able to perform specialized services in research, survey, training and advisory services. It is RDP’s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement attached at Appendix A to this RFP with only one (1) legal entity. Mandatory Requirements: Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration. Each proposal MUST include completion of the Submission Form (Attachment #1), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent
