James Smith Cree Nation – Request for Proposal for IT Infrastructure Development

James Smith Cree Nation invites qualified IT service providers to submit proposals for the development and management of the Nation’s technology systems. The successful proponent will implement a cloud-based email system, create a staff database, establish internal file storage, enhance cybersecurity, review and update IT policies, and provide ongoing IT support. The work will also include maintenance and updates for the James Smith Cree Nation mobile application.

The project scope includes infrastructure implementation, cybersecurity measures, IT management, compliance, staff training, and mobile app maintenance. Proposals must outline relevant experience, security measures, support processes, cost structure, and references.

Proposals will be accepted until 5 pm CST on September 3 2025. All questions must be submitted in writing by 5 pm CST on August 27 2025.
