Description
This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is an invitation by McMaster Innovation Park (MIP) to prospective Proponents seeking to be pre-qualified to design, finance supply, construction, and own an energy plant at MIP. This is stage 1 of the procurement process. Stage 2, Final Stage, will be issued after the RFSQ evaluation is completed. This project will be delivered through a modified CCDC-30 contract with McMaster Innovation Park, with amendments that will be signed upon the award at the second stage procurement process. This RFSQ does not constitute an offer of any nature of kind whatsoever by MIP to any or all of the Proponents. All contractual relationships, responsibilities, and liabilities associated with this RFSQ and the Energy Plant DBFO project shall rest exclusively with McMaster Innovation Park, the designated Owner.
