Description
This ITT is being issued by PHC for Civil Works to support the upgrade of existing electric system at Mount St. Joseph (MSJ) Hospital in order to:
• prepare for upgrade to 25KV power supply from BC Hydro, which will:
o provide future electric capacity for MSJ Hospital Operations
o enable replacement of failing natural gas fuelled boilers with new electric boilers
• prepare for future connection to a new Generator Plant

Site visits of the proposed work will take place as follows:

Time: 13:00 to 14:30

Entrance Meet at Prince Edward entrance
Attendance at a minimum of 1 (one) of the site visits is required for key personnel from each Bidder so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed.
