Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” the following professional services at Goose Bay, Gander, St. John’ s, and satellite sites including but not limited to Stephenville Armoury, Corner Brook Armoury and Grand Falls Armoury, NL:

Pre-design report, Preparation of Statement of Requirement OR Construction Requirements, Options Analysis, Concept Design, Life Cycle Cost Analysis Integrating Climate Change Design Development, Cost Estimation, Preparation of Construction Documents OR of Performance Specifications, Tender Phase Services, and Construction Phase Services.
