Description
Opaskwayak Cree Nation is calling tenders for the Commercial Development – Phase 1 project.

Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. (prevailing Winnipeg time) on August 29, 2025 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd., 91A Scurfield Blvd. Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Works generally include:

Supply and installation of approximately 550 lin. m of wastewater sewer, including 7 manhole structures, and 11 commercial building services.
Supply and installation of approximately 575 lin. m of watermain, including 5 fire hydrants, 4 gate valves, and 11 commercial building services.
Supply and installation of approximately 630 lin. m of land drainage sewer, including 10 concrete manhole structures and 6 catch basins.
Construction of approximately 4,900 sq. m of asphalt road, with curb and gutter, and approximately 510 sq. m of concrete sidewalk.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at the Commercial Development – Phase 1 site starting at 2:00 p.m. on August 20, 2025. Contractors are to meet at the intersection of Waller Road and Road A.
