Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) is seeking proposals from a proponent for the supply, deployment, and ongoing support of an Out-of-Band (OOB) Communication Tool in a timely, cost effective and sustainable manner.
The closing date for submission is October 3, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time.
