Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on its own behalf and as an agent for, Fraser Health authority (“FHA”), Interior Health Authority (“IHA”), Northern Health Authority (“NHA”), Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (“VCHA”), and Vancouver Island Health Authority (“VIHA”) intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide ECG Electrode for Micro Preemie for a term of three (3) years with two (2) one (1) option years at an estimated value of $100K per year.
