Description

  • Get on the preferred vendors list for Indigenous and Multicultural Communication Services!We seek vendors with capabilities in digital and traditional spaces to support strategy and creative development, media planning, community outreach, public relations, and experiential events for the Government of Ontario’s ministries and agencies.Qualifying vendors may have the opportunity to work with the government and provide marketing services, including:
    • Develop integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution and post-reporting.
    • Consumer expertise and marketing landscape best practices
    • Create and design advertising, graphic design, video, radio, branded digital production, social media and web.
    • Prepare media plans and buy television, radio, print, outdoor, digital, social, and any media vehicle that assists in marketing client products.
    • Transcreation of content to capture brand voice and message in an entirely new language.
    • Various levels of creative from unique products to bespoke campaigns.
    • Retail support tools.
    • Engage racial and ethnic community-based organizations to support culturally competent approaches to information dissemination by clients.
    • Plan and execute public relations, outreach, and activation programs.
    • Digital marketing (web design, development and execution, email marketing, online promotions, digital strategy and planning, database marketing, and more).
    • Additional related services as required.

    This is an opportunity for additional candidates to qualify as a Preferred Vendor. Current Preferred Vendors will remain Preferred Vendors (no need to re-qualify or to respond to this posting).

  • Scope of Work
    Preferred Vendors may be required to provide some or all of the following:

• Account Management – budget tracking, estimates, reconciliations, payments
• Strategic Planning – campaigns, public relations, outreach, social media, events, educational initiatives; research-based marketing and targeting.
• Creative Strategy and Design – data-driven communications; integrate trends to impact success.
• Digital Services – website design, development and execution, website management and hosting, e-marketing, online promotions, database marketing
• Concept Development and Production – creative elements
(digital, cinema, print, radio, TV, events) for multi-platform executions
• Multi-channel Content – develop / optimize for earned, owned, paid channels
• Cooperative Marketing – develop assets with extension opportunities for partners
• Media Planning and Buying – provide planning and buying services in target markets for integrated communications.
• Public Relations – executive communications, digital and social media, domestic public relations
• Translation Services – for multi-language campaigns and projects
• Research – collaborate with clients on how to build brand reputation and increase program support.
• Project Management – planning, oversight, quality-control, delivery of print, broadcast, digital, cinema, events / shows, partnership materials and video.
• Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in staffing, partnerships and leadership.
