Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the provision of janitorial services; for the supply of all that is required, including but not limited to, supervision, labour, plant, equipment, transportation, tools and materials necessary for floor to ceiling janitorial services of all interior and, where applicable, exterior areas as specified herein.
