PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM) and the CB and PWC Mechanical Design Assist Implement (DAI) Contractors – Modern Niagara (MNO) are inviting Bidders to submit their Expression of Interest to pre-qualify to bid on the Seismic Engineering for MEC Systems – Pre-Selection portion of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project.
