The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors to provide a comprehensive security awareness and phishing simulation Solution. The selected Solution should include:

• Customizable Online Learning & Communication Tools: Engaging, adaptable security awareness training content designed to enhance security culture and reduce human risk across the corporation.
• Phishing Simulation & Risk Assessment: A robust phishing simulation platform to evaluate employee susceptibility to phishing and social engineering attacks, with real-world attack scenarios.
• Teachable Moments & User Education: Automated, context-specific training to help employees recognize and respond to phishing threats through interactive messages and real-time feedback.
