Description
CAGBC seeks to commission a series of concise, evidence-based Research Briefs that will inform investment decisions and market transformation strategies for green buildings, both new construction and retrofits. We plan to publish five Research Briefs (ie, short, clear and market-oriented research papers) covering LEED or ZCB certified buildings, with one Research Brief per various asset classes. The Research Briefs should answer the questions, “how do owners and investors make the math work and develop a business case for green buildings?” for the relevant building type.

In addition to the Briefs, the proponent will develop a Research Compendium that that details the methodology used and provides clear insights and recommendations for industry and policymakers relevant to all asset classes.
