Description
The City of Moose Jaw (“Moose Jaw”) is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide the Memorial Field Announcer Booth work as per drawings at 300 Caribou St E, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 1G4 Caribou St E, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 1G4, Saskatchewan set out in Schedule “A” – Work Requirements (the “Work”).

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) process is to select a qualified contractor to enter into a Work Agreement with Moose Jaw for the performance of the Work. Further details about the Work required by Moose Jaw are set out in Schedule “A” – Work Requirements.

Moose Jaw expects to hold a mandatory site walk-through on July 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. (Central Standard Time). Location: 301 Caribou St E, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Minutes from the meeting may, at the Moose Jaw’s discretion, be posted on www.sasktenders.ca and moosejaw.ca.

If you are interested in attending the site walk-through please advise Emily Mai by e-mail to procurement@moosejaw.ca by July 22 at 2:00 p.m. with the following information: a) name of representative(s) who will be attending; and b) questions the proponent would like addressed at the meeting.
