The RFP will be posted in Ariba for which your company may or may not be already registered. All current and new suppliers are required to register and join the Ariba Network to participate in future Hydro One sourcing events and to be able to bid on future contracts.

To receive an invitation to register on Ariba and link to Hydro One’s Ariba profile, please send an email to: SupplierContact@HydroOne.com and a customer service representative will contact you and guide you through the supplier registration process to set up a supplier profile.

Once registered in the Ariba Portal OR if you are already registered with Hydro One, please send an email to Sharon Granata at Sharon.Granata@HydroOne.com to be invited to participate in the RFP on Ariba.

If you are already registered in Ariba, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN LOG INTO YOUR ARIBA PROFILE , AND PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL CONTACTS ALONG WITH EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE VALID and up to date.

All interested and eligible parties are encouraged to register on Ariba prior to the anticipated RFP release and are invited to participate in this upcoming competitive procurement process.
