Description
Work of the Project, of which Work of this Contract is a part, comprises the
following:
.1 Demolition and upgrades to the following for the 1974 & 1978
portions of Shamrock School:
.1 Exterior wall upgrades of the entire school.
.2 Window replacement and additional windows to increase ratio in
classrooms to approximately 40% of their interior wall area.
.3 At the locations of the new windows, the existing load bearing
block, interior building paper, batt insulation in the stud cavity
wood studs, and asbestos containing drywall is to be removed
to accommodate new windows.
