Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Parks and Trails Branch (“ECC”) to prospective contractors to submit proposals for campground electrical improvements at Hecla/Grindstone Provincial Park, Manitoba as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).

In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, this Solicitation is limited to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. If no compliant submissions are received from Canadian suppliers, Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.
