Description
Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of an Architect

The scope of work for the Prime Consultant/Functional Programmer is to review and analyse two sites and develop two (2) Master Plan Concepts for each of the SOLGEN provided shortlisted sites. The two sites are identified as the Ontario Correctional Institute (OCI), for expansion, located at 109 McLaughlin Road S, Brampton, ON., and the Former Guelph Correctional Centre, for a potential new build, located at 785 York Road, Guelph, ON.

The Prime Consultant (Master Planner) is expected to provide a broad range of architectural, engineering, design, planning, estimating, and other specialized services to deliver a Master Plan.
