Description
D3. SCOPE OF WORK
D3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the renovation of two former
maintenance spaces within the421 Osborne Transit Maintenance Facility. Renovated spaces to
be intended as occupied spaces for staff office, training and welfare.
D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Construct office, training and welfare space for the Vehicle Maintenance personnel in the
former Welding and Body Shop areas; and,
(b) Construct office and welfare space for Facility Maintenance supervisors in the former Paint
Shop area.
