WINNIPEG – First Nations identity and culture top the agenda of a national conference that’s brought hundreds of young people to Winnipeg from across Canada.

More than 500 delegates will spend the next two days crafting a five-year action plan – a wish list of sorts – that will be presented Thursday to Canada’s top First Nations leader, Phil Fontaine.
